1. Sehat Allah ki Amanat
Mufti Tariq Masood ne kaha ke sehat Allah ki taraf se ek Amanat hai. Qayamat ke din hum se poocha jayega ke apne jism ka kis tarah istemal kiya. Is liye apni sehat ka khayal rakhna sirf dunya ke liye nahi, deen ke liye bhi hai.
Rasool Allah ﷺ ka farman hai: “Tumhare jism ka tum par haq hai.” (Bukhari)
Iska matlab hai ke exercise karna, waqt par sona, aur sehatmand khana khana ek ibadat ban jata hai.

2. Khana Sada aur Qudrati Rakho
Aaj kal ki bimarion ka sabse bara sabab over-eating aur junk food hai. Mufti sahib ka mashwara hai ke apni diet ko simple aur natural rakho.
- Zyada mat khao.
- Taza khana aur ghar ka khana behtareen hai.
- Sunnat tareeqa: ek hissa khana, ek hissa pani, aur ek hissa khaali jagah.
🍎 Socho, agar burger aur fries ki jagah phal, sabzi ya daal roti khayi jaye to jism bhi halka rahega aur dimagh bhi tez kaam karega.
3. Neend Ko Nazarandaz Na Karo
Neend Allah ka tohfa hai jo jism aur rooh dono ko fresh kar deta hai. Agar aadmi raat bhar jaage aur din ko soye to na sehat theek rehti hai aur na ibadat.
🌙 Sunnat lifestyle:
- Raat ko jaldi so jao.
- Fajr ke waqt uthna sehat aur rooh dono ke liye behtareen hai.
- Agar din me zarurat ho to chhoti si neend (Qailulah) le lo.
Yeh aadat productivity aur discipline dono barhati hai.
4. Sust Zindagi Ko Alvida Kaho
Aalsi lifestyle sabse zyada nuksan deta hai. Motapa, sugar aur dil ki bimariyan aksar is wajah se hoti hain. Islam active rehne ki talqeen karta hai.
🏃 Aasan tareeqe: chhoti chhoti walks karna, lift ki bajaye seedi use karna, ghar ke chhote kaam khud karna.
5. Roohani aur Zehni Sukoon
Sehat ka matlab sirf body fit rehna nahi, dil aur dimagh bhi sehatmand hone chahiye. Stress aur gussa insaan ki roohani sehat kharab kar dete hain. Mufti Tariq Masood ne yaad dilaya ke Islam mein is ka ilaaj mojood hai:
- Namaz sukoon laati hai.
- Shukr dil ko qana’at deta hai.
- Sabr mushkil waqt mein himmat deta hai.

6. Zindagi Mein Balance Rakho
Islam hamesha moderation ki taleem deta hai. Na bohot zyada khana sehatmand hai aur na bhooke rehna. Na zyada sona theek hai aur na neend chhodna. Har cheez mein itidal (balance) hi asli sehat hai.
